The house by the sea is located on the promenade of Portovenere, with the Arenella beach right in front, just a 5-minute walk from the historic center and the ferry dock to the Cinque Terre, Palmaria Island, Lerici, La Spezia, Versilia, Capraia Island, Portofino, San Fruttuoso, Genoa Aquarium, etc. The location of our accommodation is exceptional because it is just a few meters from the old village, but it does not have the inconveniences of the center, which is entirely pedestrian, with many stairs, inclines, and declines: you can arrive by car right under the house to unload your luggage and check-in; furthermore, for those traveling by train, the bus stop is right in front. We offer two double rooms with private bathrooms and two apartments with a kitchenette and fully equipped kitchen: we accept stays of at least two nights. We also manage studios and one-bedroom apartments in La Spezia under the name "Casa Cuore".
